Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, all Luxurious Rootz hair care items are subject to strict hygiene and safety standards.

 

 

All Sales Are Final

 

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

 

  • Hair oils

  • Hair sprays

  • Mists

  • Shampoos

  • Conditioners

  • Scalp or treatment products

 

Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be resold or reused.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives:

 

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Broken

  • Or incorrect

 

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

 

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

 

Lost Packages

 

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist in filing a claim and may provide a replacement or store credit based on the carrier’s resolution.

 

No Refunds For:

 

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Scent preferences

  • Texture or consistency preferences

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Delayed deliveries caused by the carrier

Return & Refund Policy – Apparel

All apparel sold by Luxurious Rootz is made to order and fulfilled by our print partner (Printful). Because each item is custom-printed, we follow a return policy based on Printful’s production standards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

 

We gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item.

 

To report an issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

If approved, we will work with Printful to remake or replace your item at no cost to you.

 

Lost Packages

​

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

 

Luxurious Rootz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

​

Because our apparel is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color preference

  • Style changes

  • Items that were ordered correctly but no longer wanted

 

 

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

​

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or a package goes unclaimed and is returned, Printful charges us to reship or replace the item. In these cases:

 

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees

  • Refunds are not issued for incorrect addresses

 

 

Unclaimed packages may be donated or destroyed after 30 days by the fulfillment facility.

Final Sale Items

​

All clearance, promotional, and custom apparel items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

 

International Orders

​

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Luxurious Rootz apparel is printed and fulfilled on demand through our production partner, Printful. Each item is custom-made when ordered, which means we do not hold inventory and most items are not returnable unless there is a production issue.

 

 

 

 

1. Eligible Returns & Replacements

 

 

We gladly offer a free replacement or refund if your item arrives:

 

• Misprinted

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect (wrong size, color, or design due to our error)

 

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

Include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• Description of the problem

 

Once verified, a replacement will be issued at no cost.

 

 

 

 

2. Items That Are Not Returnable

 

 

Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

 

• Buyer’s remorse

• Ordering the wrong size

• Color preference

• Change of mind

• Discounted or promotional items

• Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

 

All custom apparel is final sale unless defective.

 

 

 

 

3. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

 

 

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Failed delivery attempt

• Package not claimed

 

You may be responsible for reshipping costs if you want the item resent.

 

If the item cannot be reshipped, Printful may donate or dispose of it.

 

 

 

 

4. Lost Packages

 

 

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact your local carrier.

Luxurious Rootz is not responsible for theft after delivery.

 

 

 

 

5. Refund Processing

 

 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after claim approval.
